Management is lacking. The managers are very unprofessional and lack knowledge in the basics. One manager will tell you one thing and another will contradict it. The TAs upon hire will tell you that are getting commission for all your sales but once in training, you find out you are not going to receive your commissions unless you are top 35% of all agents for Kaiser line of business. They promise you incentives like gift cards and bonuses and never pay out. They change your schedule without warning and within 24 hours of your shift. You are forced to work mandatory overtime daily. Managers are rarely helping the agents with questions. The demands of the agents go well over the pay that TTEC wants to give an agent.
