Pros

The bonuses for end of month metrics where pretty good but they weren't even from ttech they where from the campaign we where working for (dish)

Cons

After a cyber attack (hacked) that crippled the system we where using to work with, it took about 2 weeks until we got back to working normal again, there was a bonus that ttec paid to the agents that closed the month with high metrics (ttech metrics) (besides the bonus the campaing paid us), which ttech never paid the agents that bonus for months, they kept saying that it will be paid for all the months we kept working closing the month with high metrics ( they kept saying the same thing for MONTHS). The bonus was never paid. And when ttech was going through some transitional stage they started firing anybody that they could to avoid having to liquidate and pay the most employees that they could. At the end there where only a few agents left anywhere from 10 to 15 agents whom they had to liquidate because ttech had ro get rid of every employee, some of the 15 or so employees that where able to make it without getting fired which was like walking on eggshels, some of those agents had been working there for over 8 years and ttech liquidated all of them with 100,000 pesos which is peanuts compared to what was rightfully owed to them

Cons

- Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication
