Pros

-The fact that you can work remotely.

Cons

-Salary stagnation is a real problem and the standard excuse is "no budget", which translates to no pay raise in 3 years. -Poor culture and non-existent management & HR. -Poor benefits, 50 EUR voucher is not enough. -Unrealistic and random (monthly) bonus scheme and data inaccuracy most of the time, which leads to delays in case you are lucky (or manipulative) enough to meet the targets. -No visibility which creates a toxic and shady environment. And the list goes on...

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Cons

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Pros

Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

Cons

The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
