You can continuously see the efforts to improve and adapt to employee feedback, the efforts and rapid growth of the accounts in country.

Cons

TTEC is still a work in progress in SA and together, we are building a legacy and great place to work.

Pros

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Cons

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

Cons

back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
