      You will get the work experience you need and be exposed to a global company with multi level and matrix style organization

      Cons

      You will be forced to learn on your own. Company is big and yet pay is not commensurate to the workload.

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

      Cons

      back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
