Working at home, zero commute, no extra work wordrobe
Cons
A lot of sign in's to several programs before you can clock in. Usually takes a half hour. Sometimes it's hard getting a managers help and you can't put the customer on hold

I'm sorry if you're having a hard time with the programs, but I can tell you that it's not always like that. Still, thanks for taking the time to leave your comments here!
Not a bad job for someone who needs the flexibility of working remotely.
Cons
Representatives were moved around quite a bit between different supervisors, which was both challenging and disappointing at times. It's always nice to be able to build a relationship with a set team/supervisor and be able to stick with that team for awhile.
