      opportunity to learn chance to work with talented people -- before they leave exposure to businesses and industry global travel and exposure opportunity

      Cons

      nothing is ever good enough for senior management unrealistic expectations senior leaders are not nearly as good as they think they are - and they often act out of personal spite it is a culture of divide employees against each other

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

      Cons

      back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
