Pros

Teletech has great general organizational structure. Great learning environment. i know i have learned plenty in my 8+ years in the company.

Cons

It does feel often that the company places more focus on their bottom line margin gains over people and their contributions. This reflects negatively on the company and its image across the operations floor, support departments and even external job seekers.

Thanks for the review and congratulations for being part of the TeleTech family for more than 8 years! TeleTech is certainly a place where you can learn a lot and at the same time develop your career. Management will always consider what's best for everyone even if at times it may not look that way. Attrition has always been high in this industry but we feel that management is set to keep talent and develop employees further more than ever, with the recent launch of iAspire. Thanks again for the review and have a great start this 2017!

Pros

Schedule flexibility and benefits, great people

Cons

Pay is not competitive. There are no raises outside of promotions. Raises for promotions are very low. Nothing is proactive, it's all reactive
