      Pros

      Benefits once your are in an administrative position, career opportunities, the knowledge you acquire with the experience, this is a worldwide company

      Cons

      Working hours, time for lunch, there's no career opportunities for none English speakers, job selection internal process is the same for any job position when it should be different according with the job description and salaries are low specially for none operative job positions

      Pros

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Schedule flexibility and benefits, great people

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive. There are no raises outside of promotions. Raises for promotions are very low. Nothing is proactive, it's all reactive
