Pros

The building is nice (but 3/4 empty).

Cons

This company is a company of numbers only. The Directors and above, in most instances, can be described best as "bullies." They have only survived there because they are home-grown and have little to no other experience in the business world. Anyone brought in from the outside quickly realizes that this place doesn't operate in anyway shape or form like a traditional company and gets the hell out. Let me assure you of one thing if you are debating working here - THEY DO NOT AND WILL NOT ever really care about you. Layoffs are abundant and come without any sort of notice. You are likely to never see a raise, and if you do it will be so minimal that it's almost insulting (think 1-3%). Bonuses are non-existent, unless you sit at the top, and the poor agents NEVER see pay increases. If this is the industry in which you'd like to grow your career, there are so many other options out there which will allow you to do so without being harassed, bullied and/or taken advantage of on a daily basis by upper management. Sweat shops likely treat their employees better. As a side note, I came from upper management at TeleTech and left on my own accord - I do not write this as a disgruntled employee who was fired.

Hello! Thank you for your feedback. If you still have unresolved issues at work, please let us know and we will be glad to assist you. More than ever, TeleTech aims to take care of its employees. With the launch of iAspire, employees get to propel their careers through opportunities and professional development. We've always believed in retaining and promoting from within. With regards to pay raise, it will mostly vary from your line of business but generally, an employee evaluation determines this. We do give out bonuses, incentives and commissions, especially to performing employees.

Pros

Schedule flexibility and benefits, great people

Cons

Pay is not competitive. There are no raises outside of promotions. Raises for promotions are very low. Nothing is proactive, it's all reactive
