      Pros

      -the people are amazing - phenominal coworkers -advancement opportunities globally/opprtunity to travel -salary and benefits -technology and innovation -company is financially stable

      Cons

      -Working at TeleTech is awesome - but you are expected to work and you are held accountable. If you are lazy, not reliable and don't show up for work, can't be adaptable - then this is not the company for you. If you like working, take pride in your job and want opportunity - apply today!

      Pros

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Schedule flexibility and benefits, great people

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive. There are no raises outside of promotions. Raises for promotions are very low. Nothing is proactive, it's all reactive
