      >come to think of it, any job can be stressful, it's the people around you plus how you handle it that makes the difference >recruitment process can be a bit long just like in any other company who wants the best people for each job.

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

      Cons

      back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
