      Pros

      Teletech has strategic work locations that are very favorable for job seekers & employees. They have incentive programs for performing agents...that is tax-free (up to certain limit). A good place to start for people who want to join a BPO industry.

      Cons

      Salary for my job was good. But generally, the salary scheme for most employees was just average not unless you're a top performing agent to get the incentives. Health coverage not good because it's very limited. Lately, there were no company activities for me & for my family to enjoy...

      Pros

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

      Cons

      back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
