      Pros

      Working with TeleTech provides me with a great work experience. I would say that I grew personally and professionally with my stay with the company. The company's culture is also incomparable and that makes working more fun. I appreciate how the company recognizes each employees contribution. Also, TeleTech provides employees with the tools they need to work efficiently.

      Cons

      Similar to other companies who wants to earn revenue but at the same time be competitive in the market, there has been changes in the company's processes and compensation/benefits.

      Remote work, easy to work with.

      Cons

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Friendly coworkers Your work helps the people you talk to

      Cons

      Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
