      Pros

      TTEC strategically invests to be ahead of their competition and the industry overall. Technology is a strong focus.

      Cons

      Continuous change is good but on several occassions too much change in such a short time this caused poor results as well as high costs to the organization. They need a stronger long-term strategy - not only short-term focus.

      Pros

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Schedule flexibility and benefits, great people

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive. There are no raises outside of promotions. Raises for promotions are very low. Nothing is proactive, it's all reactive
