* Company has long-term history * I feel valued in my team and in the center * I am given the respect I deserve * Treated like a person, not a number

Cons

* Would like a bit more empowerment in my duties * Outdated computer systems moved from another location * Site needs a real cafeteria (not just vending machines)

Pros

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Cons

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Schedule flexibility and benefits, great people

Cons

Pay is not competitive. There are no raises outside of promotions. Raises for promotions are very low. Nothing is proactive, it's all reactive
