Pros

-401k (6% match), health insurance, accidental, dental, long and short term disability benefit, legal assistance, pet insurance, employee discounts, -Shift bid. Business hours are from 8-12midnight. If you have another job or kids, you'll have an option to work on another schedule. -This a great place to start with in your late teens or early 20's, while still searching yourself. -Location is suburb. -Secured place. This is a place to start if you are on your late teens and early tweenties.

Cons

-Health insurance has 2k or 3k deductible -No more salary increase after quarterly review. Agent gets paid 11/hr. -Monthly performance bonus was reduced instead of increasing it. -Not much opportunity for career advancement (long term). -High attrition. There are new hires almost every month. -Business was moved in 3 different locations. -HR is remote. -Solicitation. -Too much gossip -Lack of consistency
