      Fixed Salary, Unpaid Time off not available all the times, Outdated Equipment, AC is always on the lowest temperature, Referral Bonus is to low an it is paid after 3 months

      Friendly coworkers Your work helps the people you talk to

      Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
