      Pros

      Work was valued and never pressured to meet goals. Management also had really good report and communication of goals. Enjoyed the training.

      Cons

      The positions are few and not permanent unless offered. Out of the 100 in my group only 15 were asked to stay.

      Pros

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Schedule flexibility and benefits, great people

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive. There are no raises outside of promotions. Raises for promotions are very low. Nothing is proactive, it's all reactive
