Pros

Work from home. Flexible schedule. Almost guaranteed hours. Guaranteed rate of pay. No Commute. No uniforms to purchase. No extra costs since phone, DSL and Computer are already in home. Having a sick child at home wasn't a factor in how much I could work. The weather wasn't a factor in how much could work. Still got paid while minor technical issues took you offline.

Cons

Training could have been more thorough. If call volume was too low, was taken off of the phones without pay. Losing pay if there were major technical issues. Assistance was often more miss than hit. Control issues with a few team leads. No transparency.

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.
