Pros

The work from home training for the program I was on was good. Our trainer was awesome and very available to us if we were having difficulties.

Cons

Constant system errors, I mean , constant! There is a lot they don't tell you before training, they wait until you go into nesting. Your schedule can change in a moment's notice. They put you on the phones when you're still not feeling prepared and they don't pay enough attention to the Skype messages to help you in a timely manner with policy or tech issues.

Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

Friendly coworkers Your work helps the people you talk to

Cons

Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
