Pros

Skill requirements are minimum and you can get through the interviews for most management positions if you know the typical suburban mannerisms game. Easy to gain experience if your pay requirements are below average. Good enough to launch yourself into better career options elsewhere. Corporate office building is state of the art and the location is excellent for commuters.

Cons

There is no sense of quality in almost anything done here in the corporate office, except for the lip service. Long timers at TeleTech have perfected the 'pretend to be loyal and dedicated' game. While actually they are the main road blocks to innovation and risk taking. Most jobs at TeleTech do not require any advanced skill set. There is no standard agreed upon criteria for anything career related, like promotions, pay raise or even lay offs. This year has seen the lowest of employee moral with massive lay off followed by high attrition.
