Pros

None, other than just having a job. In this economy, its about paying the bills, not about the job.

Cons

The company lies to you about what the job entails. The company is about who you know, and who you suck up to. I know that this is common, but there is a limit. Getting promoted is based off sales only, even though your supposed to fix technical issues. Management looks down on their employees. human resources(human capital) will not answer a question you ask them. The schedule broker only works with the people they like. Reviews on performance, never happen unless you do something wrong. Write ups for car accidents happen. Inadequate training for the teams that don't make a certain dollar amount per month. Finally, brakes are often not allowed. This includes bathroom brakes. Even if it has been 3-4 hours or for any medical reason.

Pros

Schedule flexibility and benefits, great people

Cons

Pay is not competitive. There are no raises outside of promotions. Raises for promotions are very low. Nothing is proactive, it's all reactive
