      In TTEC, having a growth mindset is the key to success. TTEC provides great opportunities to those willing to work for it.

      Cons

      This is not something I view negatively but the accounts we handle are pretty dynamic, so it may not be for the faint of heart.

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Pros

      Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

      Cons

      The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
