Pros

It's a global company - stick around, and you'll get plenty of opportunities to work with people around the world. You also get exposure to lots of technologies, as well as the chance to (re?)invent ways to do things and solve problems, so the resume improvements are all around if you just work for it.

Cons

It's a global company - stick around and you'll get plenty of opportunities to take a hit for a problem on a "thing" you didn't even know existed, yet it was your responsibility to know about it and take ownership. You also get exposure to lots of technologies, but never really time to learn them well because of the need to launch them quickly for a short-notice project. And the chances to (re?) invent ways only exist because the focus on launching projects quickly - for what it's worth, an artifact of previous leadership - sacrificed doing projects well and reliably for the sake of that speed; as a result, many things lack redundancy and documentation, and those environments that have documentation are woefully outdated.

Pros

Schedule flexibility and benefits, great people

Cons

Pay is not competitive. There are no raises outside of promotions. Raises for promotions are very low. Nothing is proactive, it's all reactive
