Pros

Decent base pay for Work at Home.

Cons

Training was a farce. Interviewer said training was "intense." It was "inefficient." Basically, sit while trainer reads and do role plays. Only additional training material was how to log on to systems and breakdown of consultative selling. Into 3rd week of training and still had to log into phone system multiple times after entire system was down that morning. Systems kept going down throughout training. Must score 90% on weekly assessment or you are put on two-day unpaid suspension, then fired. You do not get a voice after that. 35 year career and only poor training experience I've ever had and I've worked for bigger companies than this.
