Pros

The people are really great here, and my team is fantastic. Also, the opportunity to work for a global organization really strengthens your understanding of different cultures. Plus, my manager is a little more flexible than most, so it is nice to be able to work remote occassionally. Otherwise, the 11-12 hour days become too much.

Cons

The turnover here is crazy high, so that makes working on projects difficult. You never know if the core team will be around next week or if people will seek work externally. The comp and pay philosophies are to not pay for top talent, so why would top talent stick around? I for one know I'll be gone within 3 months. Many projects start and stop as a result of the high-turnover.
