      I've been working at TTEC for a year and 4 months already and since day 1 I've been satisfied and happy with my job, the work environment is amazing and I am grateful with my leaders who have helped me improve my job, knowledge and confidence to be where I am now. TTEC is a great company for everyone that is looking to grow and learn.

      Remote work, easy to work with.

      Cons

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Friendly coworkers Your work helps the people you talk to

      Cons

      Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
