Cons
I worked 3 years, I hardly get any annual raises and bonus which is way less than the inflation. So one should think the initial salary is the one you are going to live with for next few years. So I would encourage to negotiate very hard and get as much as possible if you would have to work at this company. This is dead end job. Management is pretty bad - people leave the managers not the company is correct. They are so manipulative and work based on the hidden agenda. I would have to categorize him as a micro-manager have ever seen. He runs the business as his house, corners people who he doesn't like. Human Resource department is useless, by the way they handle the situations they seem to be uneducated. My recommendation is stay at this company until you find something else.
