Pros

Nothing left to Pro. They took almost all the good things away. If you want to know more you can ask and I will email you a list of reasons not to trust this company. They LIE. This company is the worst company I have worked for in all of my 30 years of working. I put in my notice and left after two years. Take my word for it. I don't know about all of the Tele Tech's but the one in Kalispell is the one I am talking about. If you are sick more than two days in one month you will receive a "CORRECTIVE ACTION" Mind you I was tier one associate and had awards for my customer service, and was on their wall for top performers, all that Does NOT MATTER> I feel discriminated against.

Cons

Do everything they can to change your owed pay out. If you are timed to go on a break, and you are stuck on the phone with a customer, then you will get an "unaccounted" time and it will go against your matrix. They lie constantly. When they hire you at first they point out all the perks you get, but slowly take that away from you.
