Pros

Co-workers and internal relationships. The team is forced to pull together.

Cons

Refuses to payout PTO, unless required by state laws. Regularly fights unemployment claims, even those without cause. Lacks formalized internal processes, procedures, or policies. Requires management to create proprietary initiatives without compensation. Fails to provide an onsite HR department; allowing issues to escalate quickly. Issues are addressed through a flawed online ticketing system. Training programs lack critical hands-on components. Performance metrics are skewed, arbitrary, and discombobulated. Coaching is a foreign concept. Threats and corrective action are the norm. Sr. Leadership is only concerned about the bottom-line.
