Benefits are ok, very confusing to absorb everything.

Cons

No support with assisting customers-I felt thrown to the wolves after training at a very intense pace.

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Cons

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Pros

Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

Cons

The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
