Pros

None, started with 17 workers in training when I left ther were 7 left and three stated they were leaving.

Cons

I was actually on break, and baggered by managment. They interupt you while working to tell you your ticket is 100 hundred percent correct, but needs inprovement. Will want time wastd on customers that are not verizon. the worst thing is the broken equipment . They want you to troubleshoot phone problems with a broken phone ,you can report the phone is broken, they will not fix it.

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Cons

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

Cons

back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
