      Pros

      Its a grat company most supervisors are super flexible and its very difficult for them to fire you. You really have to mess something up bad if they do so. Overall a really grat company

      Cons

      The fact that they change supervisors a lot makes me not whant to socialize a lot but i mean its a good wa yto know everyone. And same but the fact that they change your group entirly, not necessary fire but just mix and match every 3 months or so.

      Pros

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

      Cons

      back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
