Its complete chaos , its as if the campaign managers dont want you to work there, my equipment was initially sent to the wrong address. i was repeatedly sent broken equipment , IT wouldnt bother reading the troubleshooting notes and sent me equipment that had nothing to do with my issue. i was nt sent zoom invites to training days and when i sent messages asking what was going on with training i got no response. First they told me my internet connection was sufficient and then said i would have to change provider and needed 100 mb up and down speeds ( who the heck needs that much) i was really motivated to work there its a shame it was so bad i quit before training even ended.
