      Pros

      can't think of any positive aspects specific to TTec vs any other company I've ever worked for.

      Cons

      Lots of indoctrination attempts. Unnecessarily onerous employee monitoring and communication micromanagement practices that appear to be designed to demotivate employees from spending any amount of time doing anything but trying to churn out tickets.

      Pros

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Schedule flexibility and benefits, great people

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive. There are no raises outside of promotions. Raises for promotions are very low. Nothing is proactive, it's all reactive
