      Pros

      Very flexible and try to accomadate your needs as much as possible. They work with you as much as they can and try to make everything as accommodate for you as possible.

      Cons

      The pay is very low, and they do often change the job requirements, and will go against what they have said if need be. You cant trust what they tell you.

      Pros

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

      Cons

      back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
