Nothing as of now apart from getting paid on time.
Cons
1. They push you into your first project after landing in the company without your opinion with no option to change or rotate it.
2. Billable hours are much more closely micromanaged than what I faced as independent consultant.
3. They lowball you with a promise of great work environment which never exists.
4. At the end it is worse than the hated Indian IT companies just that the bosses have a different skin colour.

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.
