      Teletech work from home jobs are extremely convenient. Great for stay at home moms or people looking for part time work.

      Cons

      The technical side of the assessments should be reviewed. It's an inconvenience to continually log in to try and complete the process to no avail.

      Pros

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Schedule flexibility and benefits, great people

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive. There are no raises outside of promotions. Raises for promotions are very low. Nothing is proactive, it's all reactive
