Pros

It's great for stay at home Moms who might not otherwise have the oppurtunity to work. If you can get hours you can live with and have no real hope for advancement, go for it.

Cons

Being smart and good at your job will not necessarily get you anywhere. They push that when you start training, but it very quickly becomes obvious it's just keep you motivated. Hitting all your numbers and doing a good job means that's the only job you will do there. There is a lot of backbiting and office politics going on considering the level of compensation. The call metrics change on an almost weekly basis, basically more stress, same lousy pay. I don't miss it one bit.

Pros

Schedule flexibility and benefits, great people

Cons

Pay is not competitive. There are no raises outside of promotions. Raises for promotions are very low. Nothing is proactive, it's all reactive
