Pros

Good first job, easy to get in Some employee engagement events are fun

Cons

Your sales are paid between 15-30 days after they´ve been audited it´s hard to get a better position and it´s not based on skill but rather who you know half the staff are junkies you cannot do overtime, they send you home to avoid paying double you cannot take holidays off they just pay you according to law but it´s not your choice

Pros

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Cons

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Schedule flexibility and benefits, great people

Cons

Pay is not competitive. There are no raises outside of promotions. Raises for promotions are very low. Nothing is proactive, it's all reactive
