Pros

Remote work from home, some cases can be mobile. Work/life balance is good as long as your family understands that you are at work when you're on the clock. Gas & wardrobe expenses are out the door. PC's are usually provided. Room for advancement.

Cons

Communication with HR & Payroll is lacking if you are not in management and even then, it can take too long because many things are handled by email instead of a phone.

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Cons

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Schedule flexibility and benefits, great people

Cons

Pay is not competitive. There are no raises outside of promotions. Raises for promotions are very low. Nothing is proactive, it's all reactive
