      Pros

      Great if you're entry-level with not much experience and it's all remote work.

      Cons

      They are contracted to provide customer support for other companies. The downside of that is, that you'll be told it's a permanent position, and around the holidays you're notified that the contract is ending with little time to prepare.

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

      Cons

      back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
