      Pros

      Great knowledge of product, opening of eyes for online Advertising on Google and the best practices. The environment challenges your skills and experience.

      Cons

      The salary is not great and some months is hard to event reach 90% of the monthly goals which it is how commission is paid. Also, commission percentages are too low.

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Pros

      Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

      Cons

      The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
