      Pros

      Interesting conversations with stakeholders. Some nice people work there. If you do the work, in the time they allot you, you get paid.

      Cons

      There is zero room for promotion. There is zero chance of a pay increase. They do not allow you to talk about your pay with other staff. Ever increasing targets, with an ever diminshing commission structure. Constant changes to work contracts without employees knowledge or input. Zero maternity pay. High stress environment.

      Pros

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

      Cons

      back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
