Pros

Nothing to add in this field, it's just that it provides WFH opportunity

Cons

1. You will be asked to compensate for flaws in the system that they sent. 2. They will ask you to sacrifice your lunch break to do production 3. Managers are cunning and know how to get their job done. You will receive no assistance from them. 4. No growth. IJPs are rolled out once in a blue moon. 5. Those get appraisals who butter their managers. Deserving employees have to chance to get to a higher level. 6. No leaves. Leaves are not given even if suffer from severe illness.
