      Decent pay, work from home

      Cons

      Very stressful. Amount of work for team leads is very high compared to salary given. Job will be cut with no notice, usually based on how vocal you are with your opinions.

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Friendly coworkers Your work helps the people you talk to

      Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
