Pros

You get to work at home and the people are nice and respectful.

Cons

The training is very insufficient and unorganized. Many technical problems. You are thrown on the phones during training with 40 some people and only two agents in there to help all of them. They expect way too much out of their workers for very little pay. You do not start out at 20 hours as told in the initial interview but 12 and have to find extra hours yourself. Higher hours are available during holidays but dropped back down again afterward. So obviously the hours are not steady. The stress level is so high as everything is so unorganized and chaotic and not enough coaches for 50 agents on at a time
