It provides you with the opportunity for temporary work while you decide on whether or not you want to be permanently hired with that particular company you are contracting with.
Cons
They are a bunch of used car salesmen. They are prostitutes to their clients and 90% of their recruiters have no true knowledge or undertsanding the position or the work environment that they are trying to hire the potential applicants for. Many of their recruiters are absolutely clueless and are hired mainly off the street.
