Pros

Access to internet, noone cares about quality, not educated team leaders.

Cons

Teletech deducting pension payments that are not being transfered to pension fund. They enroll staff for pension but after a week cuting it off but keep deducting money from wages for themselves. Terrible team leaders, not educated, not professional, if you want to be treated better you must sleep with manager. Minimal pay but very high demand to high quality work. Dirty office, no career oportunities. Managers lie a lot e.g. you will be asked to work on festive days for double rate but they will pay you same rate as on normal day and when you try to investigate they will lie they never told about double pay. Teletech breaching UK law but looks like noone cares. Very bad place. Worked in 4 other call centres and none of them been so bad as Teletech. Once i received warning letter for being late for 1 minute to work. Cant imagine any worse place to work.

Pros

Not a bad job for someone who needs the flexibility of working remotely.

Cons

Representatives were moved around quite a bit between different supervisors, which was both challenging and disappointing at times. It's always nice to be able to build a relationship with a set team/supervisor and be able to stick with that team for awhile.
